Kickstarting My Health: 10-Day JJ Smith Smoothie Cleanse

Happy Monday and 11:11 I hope you are manifesting all the good things you want to bring into your life.

Today I decided to start my 10 days detox using the JJ Smith Green Smoothie Cleanse. When I decided to start this cleanse, I didn’t realize I would be starting on 11:11. I think this is the best day to start.

Why I am Detoxing

I am detoxing in hopes to finally get my health journey back in full swing. For the past 2 year’s I have half ass my healthy lifestyle and finally enough is enough!

I am 41 years old now and the I eat healthy sometimes lifestyle is no longer cutting it. It is time for me to focus and hold myself accountable.

If you have read any of my old blog posts, you know I am big on challenging myself. This detox is and will be a challenge for me. Although I have done this before and was successful my life is much different now. I love to cook for me and my partner. I have also picked up a pretty bad snacking habit. Oh, I love a good cocktail or glass of wine.

But I know I can do this!

How it works

  • There is grocery list given at the beginning of the book for the first 5 days of the cleanse.
  • Each day has a new recipe. I blend enough to last the entire day.
  • Snacks-consist of unsalted nuts (peanuts are my choice) any fruit or vegetable.
  • Drinks – Water & Detox Tea

What I plan to get out of the 10 Days

  • I Will get the satisfaction of Completing something I set out to do for me.
  • I will Detox my Body as well as my mind.
  • I will Finish strong.
  • It will be the reset I need to kick start my journey back to healthy eating.
  • It will help me live a healthier lifestyle.
  • Of Course, I will lose some of this stubborn weight and inches too.
