What I Eat in a Day: Trying get my Protein Up

I have been trying my best to reach my protein goals while lowering my carb Intake see what was on this weeks menu.

Breakfast

Protein Smoothie

  • 1 scoop Truvani Protein Powder
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup Silk Soy Milk (8g protein)
    Avocado Toast – Nature’s Own Wheat Bread + Avocado
    Ryze Mushroom Coffee – with Almond Silk Creamer

Lunch

Burger Bowl

  • Cubed air-fried sweet potatoes
  • Ground turkey
  • Shredded cheese
  • Pickles, lettuce, tomato
  • Burger sauce drizzle

Snack

Oikos Triple Zero Greek Yogurt Cup (15g protein)
Green Tea


Dinner

Grilled Chicken Thigh

  • Sweet potato
  • Mixed veggies: broccoli, carrots, bell peppers

Daily Protein Summary:

  • Breakfast: ~30g
  • Lunch: ~40g
  • Snack: 15g
  • Dinner: ~45g
    ➡ Total: ~130g Protein
