Things I am leaving in 2023

Can you believe there is only 12 more days left in 2023. Is it just me or did this year go by fast and slow at the same time? I am so ready for what is to come in this new year.

Typically, around this time of year we write out the goals we want to achieve in the new year, but I wanted to give you a list of things I am leaving in 2023.

List of things I am leaving in 2023:

  • Self-Doubt
  • inconsistency
  • unhealthy relationships
  • A victim mindset
  • impulsive spending
  • comparing myself to others
  • comparing my partner to others
  • unhealthy eating habits
  • negative self-talk
  • fear of failure
  • what other people think or may think?
  • unrealistic expectations
  • living in the past
  • being ungrateful
  • external validation
  • excessive screen time
  • not setting boundaries
  • People Pleasing
  • Putting myself last

I’m looking forward to this new year and season!

Conclusion

I am walking into my shedding season in the new year I want to shed old habits and create new boundaries.
