
I could definitely pay more attention to physical and financial health.
Physically
I have lost my motivation to be consistent with my eating and my exercise routine and I am feeling lately. Not only does my body not look the same but I also not feeling the same simple things like walking in the mall make me so tired.
- I have recently enrolled in a 6-week fitness program that stared October2 to help jumpstart my fitness journey again as well as hold me accountable.
Financially
Like most of the world everything is going up and the money not stretching like it used to! Add in a slight shopping addiction and it is a recipe for failure.
- Along with my diet above I have also challenge myself to spend less during this challenge I will not purchase any clothes until I lose my first 10 pounds.
What I have been telling myself lately is that I have to stop looking at where I was before the past is the past and it has a way of keeping you stuck when you keep looking back . Focus more on where I am now and where I want to be, also be grateful along the journey.
