There’s something funny about hearing “You’ve changed”—it can sound like an accusation or the highest form of praise. In my case, it was the latter, and honestly, I’ll take it!

Change isn’t always dramatic. It’s in the small things—choosing peace over pettiness, prioritizing myself without guilt, or finally drinking enough water (okay, trying to). It’s learning, growing, and becoming a version of myself that past me would be proud of.

So when someone looked at me and said, “You’ve changed,” I smiled. Because, yes—I have. And that’s the whole point.

Yes, I’ve changed. And I’ll keep changing. Because growth is the goal.
