Daily writing prompt What’s your #1 priority tomorrow?

Tomorrow is Wednesday and my number one priority for Wednesdays is self-care and wellness.

  1. Waking up early enough to journal, read my devotional and bible. This is has been essential in my mental wellness journey.
  2. Take my time to get ready for work. I promised myself that I would start making a daily effort to look and feel good every day. I have been slacking in this area for the last few months and did not like how it felt. When you look good you feel even better.
  3. Eat Clean and Healthy – I recently started Weight watchers the goal is to stay within my daily points.
  4. Get a workout in – I am starting over again on my fitness journey due to my recent accident. I am excited to get back to it.
