Can you believe we are in the 2nd quarter of the year!
When I started the year, I didn’t want to do create a vision board because I had a few things I needed to complete from 2023. I also had some things I did not want to bring into 2024 that needed to be put into practice see post ( Things I am leaving in 2023).
I told myself wait until the 2nd quarter of the year and revisit the idea.
What is a vision Board?
A vision board is a powerful tool designed to visually articulate your aspirations, dreams, and objectives. It’s like creating a dynamic collage that comprises carefully chosen images, words, and symbols, each representing a facet of your desired achievements and manifestations1. Here are some key points about vision boards:
- Purpose: A vision board helps you clarify your goals and provides a tangible representation of what you want to achieve. It serves as a visual reminder of your dreams and motivates you to take action.
- Components: You can create a vision board using cut-out pictures from magazines, printed images, inspiring quotes, and other visual elements. These components represent the life you envision for yourself.
- Self-Reflection: Making a vision board encourages self-awareness. By exploring your values and motivations, you gain insight into what truly matters to you. Consider questions like: What gives you meaning? Who do you want to be? How do you want to spend your time?
- Prioritization: While vision boards can be a collection of various goals, it’s essential to set priorities. Focus on what truly resonates with you. What can you reasonably accomplish in the short term or long term?
- Benefits: Although research on vision boards is limited, they can help you imagine a positive future, increase optimism, and create opportunities. Remember, vision boards are not magic; they guide you toward manifesting your desire.
My vision and goals for the 2nd quarter of 2024
Q2 April 1st through June30th

I will be focusing more on personal goals in the quarter/season.
This season is personal.
- Getting closer to God! – is number 1 on my list. God has been knocking on my heart loudly and this season am making it my priority to listen and answer.
- Fasting and praying this will be my first time fasting for spiritual reasons but god has put it on my heart that the time is now.
- Read my bible
- Journal Consistently- I have been making a conscious effort over the past week to journal and read my devotionals before leaving the house every morning this has been helping to ease my mind throughout the day. It has also been a great way to get the word in the morning and express my gratitude to God.
- Health Goals – Building a consistent workout routine at least 5 days a week. Eating Cleaner
- Finding Balance – Humans are always trying to find balance I am not different.
- Putting myself first
- Going back to therapy and being consistent.
- Enjoy my loved ones more! I am getting older that means so are many of my loved ones I need to do better at spending time with them.
- Living more in the moment as I have gotten older, I have become more afraid to live I have to fix that!
- Read more books –I spend way to much time scrolling and indulging in reality TV it’s time to change that.
- Success- I still plan to focus on my Business and Financial Goals they are definitely not last on my list but for this quarter they have some company.
- HAPPINESS- Being and feeling happy is my end goal. Happiness is truly a choice I believe by putting in the effort at each of these goals I am creating and happier me.

This photo represents a time I remember just feeling happy. Life was in a valley, but I didn’t let that ruin how I felt or how I made others feel.
How you manage your valleys determine how soon you will experience your next peak.
These are just a few things I want to focus on in this quarter and year! Kicking off April with 75 Soft Challenge this incorporates a lot of my goals wish me luck!

I am going to be holding myself accountable to make sure I am meeting these goals! I know can do it!
