
Have you ever wondered why we always want to put off everything until Monday?
Lately I have been unmotivated to do much especially when it comes to my fitness . If you know me you know I am have fluctuated with my weight for as long as I can remember but once I become focused there is rarely any stopping me from getting it done in the gym.
Whenever I Talk about starting back lately my excuse is always “I’ll start on Monday”
Many Mondays have passed this year and I still have not started nor have I remained consistent.
It is crazy to think I have such a big milestone approaching and absolutely no motivation to get fit lose weight ect. It’s like in my mind I know I need to get it done but the motivation is just not there. Not even the up coming get away with my man or the big birthday party with family and friends happening right after!
My Birthday is in 21 days and I feel like I need to get back to it asap! Not for weight loss reasons alone but to be healthier and feel better.
The biggest motivation to get back into a routine would be to build my energy back up. I find myself more tired than usual lately which should not be the case I have eliminated my long commute to work and do much less on weekends than before.
Today I am fed up I had to asked myself why are you putting off something you can start today until Monday?
Today I will do it tired unmotivated and discouraged.
Today I will get back on track!
Today I will be mindful of what I put in my body.
Today I will start all over.
Today I will chose me.
Today I will make healthy choices over convenient ones
Everyday I will push myself to remain consistent.
We are in month 7 of the year what have you been pushing off until Monday or the beginning of the month ect? lets change our answer to I will start today.
The day of the week you start will not make a difference in the scheme of thing that fact that your started will.
